Hi my readers, my name is Nicolas Iong, I am 29 years old and I am from South Korea and Switzerland. I started seriously practicing sport at 13 years old with MMA, Thai boxing and Brazilian jiu jitsu and it was at 14 years old that I started bodybuilding as a complement to the martial arts for have more strength and explosiveness.

 

Over time I found a real passion in bodybuilding and it was at the age of 21 that I decided to stop the martial arts to devote all my free time to bodybuilding. Bodybuilding taught me a lot about myself and made me evolve so much physically as mentally. You have to learn to be patient, persevering, disciplined, determined and above all to exceed your limits. It's a fight against oneself and an endless learning. After many years of hard training I decided to compete in 2017 at the age of 25.

 

I participate in my first competition at the European Championships Musclemania in the physical category in June in Madrid and I win my category but not the overall. So I decided to compete at the European Championships in October in Berlin to win the overall and get the Pro Card to compete at the Musclemania World Championships in Las Vegas. After a very intense preparation I won the European Championships in Berlin and overall and I win the Pro Card. I decided to continue my preparation to participate in the world championships in Las Vegas in November and I won the title of world champion Musclemania Physique Pro.
